Training and remote help sessions have the stated time limit. Technical services start at the listed price for straightforward work. We’ll review your request and confirm the total before payment. Additional work, paid software, hosting, and provider fees are separate unless included in your quote.
Can you help remotely, and how soon can we start?
These services are designed for remote help. Availability and timing are confirmed after reviewing your request. Please mention any deadline in your message; same-day service is not guaranteed.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. These are one-time services. Hosting and ongoing care are available separately if you want continued support.
What should I include in my request?
Mention the service name, your website address if relevant, what’s going wrong, and any deadline. Don’t send passwords or private account details through the contact form. We’ll arrange any access needed after confirming the work.
